Tide & Trail collects the information you submit to respond to gear consignments, rental requests, event registrations, memberships, newsletter subscriptions, and Adventure Board posts.

We use this information only to operate these services and communicate with you. Gear photos are stored privately. We do not sell personal information. Contact hello@tideandtrail.ca to request access, correction, or deletion.

Nomads Café registration details are stored in Square, including your name, email, guest count, optional phone and notes, and newsletter preference. Square also processes optional card contributions. Card details are entered directly into Square’s secure form; we do not store your card number. Trailhead updates are sent by our team, and marketing messages are optional.
