Submitting gear is a request for assessment, not a guarantee of acceptance or sale. Tide & Trail will confirm condition, price, payout, drop-off, and any final consignment terms before listing an item.

Event and rental requests are not confirmed until Tide & Trail contacts you. Adventure Board submissions are moderated and may be declined. Participants remain responsible for assessing conditions, equipment, skills, and personal safety.

Final commercial terms, returns, waivers, and payout timing require legal review before launch.
